Our mission is simple: Rescue, Protect, Restore, Disciple, and Commission — all for the glory of God.
Safe Harbour International is a Bible-centered, non-denominational ministry dedicated to
strengthening families, supporting children at-risk, and uplifting vulnerable communities in
Panama through practical help, discipleship, and the love of Jesus Christ.

Holistic care that supports mental, physical, spiritual, and social growth.
Wholesome environments
that reflect what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely,

Our ministry is built on a two-phase model:
Phase 1 — Immediate Outreach
Serving families, children, widows, and indigenous communities through:
● Family support
● Emergency assistance
● Community outreach projects
● Home visits
● Food distribution
● Ministry events
● Encouragement and prayer
● Partnership with churches and local leaders
Phase 2 — Long-term Vision
Establishing Christ-centered family homes and supportive environments where children can grow through:
● Stable house-parent care
● Biblical training
● Academic support
● Life skills
● Genuine love and attention
● Holistic development in every area (As allowed by local policies, laws, and ongoing relationships.)
We honor the laws of Panama and work within legal guidelines and cultural understanding as we continue building trust and credibility in the community
